Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges or store credit so you can find the perfect fit.

Exchanges & Store Credit: We do not offer cash refunds. If you need to make a return, we will gladly issue store credit (credit points) or help you exchange your item for any other available item in our store.

Eligible Items for Exchange:

• Bras: Due to sizing nuances, bras can be exchanged for a different size if needed.
• Intimate Wear: For hygiene and personal safety reasons, panties, nighties, and stockings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Multipacks & Sets: Items sold as a "Pack of 2" are non-exchangeable. Please note that for all multipacks (including Pack of 2 or Pack of 4), items feature a fun variety of random colors selected at dispatch.

Shipping & Exchange Costs: Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping charges associated with processing an exchange.

Tracking & Delivery: Once an advance-paid order has been dispatched with a tracking number, delivery responsibility rests with the courier service. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your tracking details to ensure successful delivery, as we are unable to resend parcels or issue refunds for unclaimed shipments.

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hygiene products (such as underwear, nighties, or accessories),  and personal care goods (such as serums). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
