NO REFUNDS:
Once the order is confirmed and the payment is made, its non refundable.
EXCHANGE:
If you think you have ordered a wrong size, or for any given reason you don’t like the purchase, product can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it meets the following requirements:
- All tags are placed
- Products are unworn and undamaged
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, nighties, bodysuits and any other lingerie set or item that includes panties, silicone bras etc. Kindly ensure your order accordingly. In case of exchange customer will dispatch us the products and we will send the replacement as soon as we receive the parcel.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items are non exchangeable.
Exchanges

Shipping returns
To return the product, consignee should mail product to our address. Consignee will be responsible for paying for delivery charges for returning the item. Both sides delivery charges have to be paid by the consignee for exchange.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time period is 5-7 business days. However, any unforeseen situations might disrupt the delivery within stipulated time period mentioned.
